Buses will be leaving from church at 6:45 AM on Saturday. We will return to church on Sunday at 10 PM.
Cost is $85 and includes: 1 night lodging, transportation, all meals, and a T-shirt
We will also need a medical release form for your student for 2009. If we do not have a medical form on file, please click here to complete this form. Please note that this form must be notarized and returned to us before departure. A notary is available at the church office during normal office hours, but a notary will not be present on Saturday morning.
Snack Shack: The Conference Center's snack facility will be available to the students daily. Suggested amount to bring for snacks: $10.
Medication: If your student is presently taking any medications on a regular basis or if he/she has special medication for emergencies please let our retreat nurse know of this situation.
