HOW DO I REGISTER?

STEP 1: Register HERE or through the Student Ministry Office

STEP 2: Turn in your $50 deposit to the Student Ministry office by May 1 (IF you register online, you can pay online)

STEP 3: Make sure you’ve turned in your notarized 2011 First Baptist Nashville Medical Release Form

STEP 4: Turn in a notarized copy of the Fuge Participant Form

STEP 5: Turn in the remaining balance of the $250 total by May 20 (Financial Assistance available)

STEP 6: Meet us at First Baptist Nashville on June 5!
