ALL students in grades 7 - 12 are invited to join us on this exciting ministry trip. You don't have to be a participant in SMART/Chapel Choir to join us. There's a place for everyone!!

Departure--early afternoon on Saturday, June 9
Return--Sunday afternoon, June 17, in time to present the Home Concert at 6:00 P.M.
Destination:
New Orleans, LA, with stops along the way. We'll follow up on ministry we shared a year ago, as well as discover and minister to new needs in the area.
Lodging:
Hotels on the weekends; New Orleans World Trade Center during the week (meals included at WTC).
Itinerary:
** Mission work in New Orleans
•Habitat for Humanity - A.M.
•Backyard Bible Clubs and Sports Camps - P.M.
** 4 - 6 concerts in churches and retirement facilities
** Aquarium and sights in New Orleans

Requirements
Students must attend training meetings throughout the spring and have 75% Wednesday DT attendance. Students participating in choir must commit to attending rehearsals and performances in preparation for tour.
Cost:
$225 per student ($200 for additional siblings)
Covers transportation, 8 nights lodging, weekday meals, hotel breakfasts on the weekends, t-shirt, uniform, concert/picture CDs, and admissions. (If you need financial assistance, contact the music office, 664-6030.)
Deposit of $50 along with registration form is due by March 11 to reserve a spot.

Medical Release Form
A 2007 Medical Release Form must be on file in the student office for each student. The form is available from the student or music offices. (You can also fill out and print this form online here.)
