For a nominal fee, maximum $45 for six months (Aerobics: $18 quarterly; fitness room and volleyball: $45 for 6 months), you can participate in aerobics, walking, basketball, volleyball, game room, or use the fitness room with its many aerobic machines. Fees are paid monthly.
A Kung Fu Class meets in the Rec Center on Tuesday and Thursday from 7 - 9 p.m. They are teaching Kung Fu San Soo and self defense. Classes consist of Form (exercise training), self defense techniques, discipline, and proper breathing and relaxation exercises. Visitors are always welcome. Anyone interested in finding out more about the classes can contact either or Chuck Corey at 243.5850.
