A called church Business Meeting will be held Wednesday, November 14 in Fellowship Hall at 6:10 PM.
The following items are on the agenda:
Presentation of the proposed 2008 Church Budget, Paul Swiney, Chairman Budget Committee
Parking Lot Revenue allocation to include $200,000 for Capital Expenditure needs, David Meriwether, Chairman Finance Committee
Presentation of 2008 Church Calendar; discussion/vote to occur Wednesday, November 28
Nomination Committee recommendation, Jim Lowry, Chairman. Recommendation: The Minister of Music Search Committee should be composed of eight persons, seven chosen from a cross-section of church members and at least one from the 2008 music committee. The chair of the Personnel Committee and the Senior Pastor should serve as ex-officio members with voting privileges.
