featuringGod’s Song at First has been the year-long theme for the Children’s Music Activities at First since last August. The children have developed worship skills, music reading skills, singing skills, playing skills, and performing skills. On May 20, these children will be ready to show you their newfound skills and demonstrate their understandings learned this year. The program will be Sunday evening, May 20, 2012, at 6:00 p.m. in the Sanctuary. Please plan to join us afterward for a reception fellowship, and you will get a chance to talk to these wonderful children/musicians and encourage them as they are growing into church musicians.
You’ll agree that “God’s Song” is alive and well at First Baptist Nashville and that the children are learning the skills necessary to carry on the great tradition of wonderful music at our steeple.
