This month we welcome Carol Byson as Volunteer Coordinator at First Baptist Nashville. With her help, we plan on having a permanent Volunteer Center at the Welcome Center in the Foyer, open following morning worship. Beginning February 5, the center will have information on opportunities to volunteer for church- affiliated positions in the next 60 days. These opportunities will come from the church calendar and from our staff and program leaders.
Each month we’ll email you requesting needs for volunteers in the upcoming 60 days of ministry. Several examples of volunteer possibilities include Room in the Inn, Meals on Wheels, our annual church picnic, mission opportunities, volunteering to serve on our many service groups (flower, history, stewardship, arts, etc.). Pray with us as we begin!
