Music Arts Camp is a fun-filled week of hands-on music and arts activities for children who have completed grades one – six. Students will have the opportunity to choose a music focus group in the mornings and an arts focus group in the afternoon. All campers will learn and present a musical, explore five different instumental groups, experience Bible study designed especially for the musical, and fellowship in action-packed recreation and snack. Music focus options include Drumming, Recorder, Stomp, Handbells, and Orff (mallet instruments). Arts focus groups will feature Drama, Puppets, Dance, Martial Arts, and Visual Art.
The 2011 Music Arts Camp will run from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Monday – Friday, July 25 – 29. Cost of the camp is $35 before July 1 and $50 after that date. Extended care is available until 5:00 p.m. for $5 a day. Visitors are welcomed!
