We welcome Mr. Stephen Aber as our new Church Organist/Staff Accompanist. Stephen completed his baccalaureate work toward his degree in music as an Organ Performance Major this past May from Belmont University where he served as the accompanist for both the Belmont Chorale and University Singers. His primary organ instructors have included Dr. Joyce Jones, professor of music and organist-in-residence at Baylor University, and Andrew Risinger, organist-in-residence with the Nashville Symphony.
Mr. Aber will be serving as a graduate assistant in the School of Music at Belmont University beginning this fall. He will be pursuing a Master's Degree in Church Music and Conducting. We are so very fortunate to have an individual with the magnitude of skills, musicianship, and servant's heart as Stephen Aber joining our staff in the Ministry through Music of First Baptist Nashville.
