Come and Build Bridges in the downtown area on Building Bridges Day! As a volunteer, you will serve on a team in downtown and neighborhood communities. Building Bridges Teams will assist a First Baptist Mission Partner, work with inner city children and youth in a neighborhood project, or serve an area resident who is challenged to meet the practical needs around their home. Building Bridges Day offers a great chance to make an impact downtown. Come and share your compassion for others and share the love of Christ. The day begins with breakfast and orientation at 8:00 a.m. at First Baptist. Following orientation, teams will travel together to the volunteer sites and serve until 2:00 p.m.
