-1 » I am actively involved and I don’t think or talk about changing churches.
-2 » I attend mostly out of a sense of duty—fulfilling leadership or ministry commitments I’ve made.
-3 » I am thinking about resigning my ministry responsibilities.
-4 » I attend once or twice a month but don’t think anybody would miss me if I changed churches.
-5 » I have decided to change churches and am just
contemplating when to attend for the last time.
