Turn in your missions surveys! Recently we surveyed church members in Sunday School about their involvement in missions. We would like to receive completed survey forms from as many church members (adults and youth) as possible. If you didn’t fill one out, please click here and print out the form. You may fill it out and return it with the Sunday School records or by sending it to the church office.
