The RA Racer Lock-In will take place February 23 – 24. Boys & Dads may begin arriving at the Rec Center anytime after 6:00 P.M. on the 23rd. Friday night activities will include skating, basketball, foosball, ping pong, board games, pizza and more! The race (similar to the Cub Scouts’ Pinewood Derby) will take place Saturday morning around 8:00 A.M.
Boys & Dads attending should bring what they normally would for a camp-out minus the tents. Pallets will be arranged in the Rec Center, so sleeping bags, air mattresses, pillows, blankets, ear plugs, etc. will be needed. We’ll have donuts, milk, orange juice and coffee for breakfast before the race begins. The race should be finished around 9:00 A.M.
