All activities will take place as scheduled this evening.
Decisons regarding the cancellation of Sunday and Wednesday night services will be made as soon as possible (no less than two hours before scheduled starting time) and announced online. In addition, a recorded message will be placed on the main church office number, 664-6000.
Thursday Business Lunch and the Child Care Center will continue on their regular schedule. Friendshippers and other weekday activites other than Wednesday night activities will follow the Metro School System schedule.
All other meetings, committees, class meetings, Baptist Women groups, etc., will meet at the discretion of the committee chairperson or organizational leader who will be responsible for communicating the decisions to the church and those involved.
The church office will remain open during regular work days.
Each member is encouraged to consider their own personal safety and welfare. Individuals with leadership responsibilities are requested to notify appropriate persons of their absence in order to meet leadership vacancies.
